Paper Laminated (PL)
The paper laminated (PL) tape collated nail strip will not
break when dropped and will not deteriorate in wet
weather. Also no collation material is left on the job site.
PL-tape collation is driven into wood to reduce flagging.
The D-head nail configuration allows for tight collation
of the nails – more nails per strip, less down time.
Plastic collated - Flexible, strong plastic used in the collation of the thermoplastic
strip won’t allow the strip to break apart, even in extreme conditions centred nails allow
uninterrupted operation. Plastic collation allows for full round head nails and is
weather resistant.

The unique Duo-Fast 0° plastic coil collated nail system
developed for construction and industrial applications.
The Duo-Fast system delivers significant advantages in
terms of productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
For productivity, large coils are available, resulting in
longer intervals between re-loading.
This method of collation ensures the high quality corrosion protection is not subject to
any violent process (like welding) and independent salt spray tests have shown results
where the nails last more than 15 times longer before showing signs of rust compared
to the wire welded equivalent. When using inferior wire-welded coil nails shards of
welding wire can become trapped under the nail head potentially causing injury to
the operator and tearing sheeting material.
Wire Collated
In those applications where appearance and an effective anti-corrosion performance
are not such high priority, our welded-wire coil collated nail system offers an
alternative to our plastic coil collated nail system.
